A retail-design commission for the tea brand Goodwyn: a compact, inexpensive, easy-to-keep cart to brew and sell tea in airport terminals and hotel lobbies. From brief and reference, through ideation, to a final render in teal and brass.

Goodwyn wanted a tea cart for high-traffic spots — airport terminals, hotel lobbies. The constraints were practical: simple to make, inexpensive, easy to maintain, and with enough surface to brew and serve. The aesthetic had to carry the brand without overcomplicating the build.
The work moves from the client's reference images and a round of inspiration, through ideation, to two resolved concepts and a final render.

Draw the cart a dozen ways; keep what serves.
The first pass put several directions on the table — different silhouettes, canopies and counter heights — drawn from the brand and the brief. The client picked the references that resonated; a quick hand sketch pinned down the changes he wanted before anything went to render.
The resolved design is a teal body on brass spoked wheels, a marble serving top, a canopy lamp and a graphic side panel — "tea over coffee?" — to catch the passer-by. It keeps to the brief: cheap to build, simple to run, and unmistakably Goodwyn.
